Bedini SG pulse charger can charge a dry cell using a battery or power supply that is less voltage than the battery being charged! Is that possible?!
Must use aluminum shaft not steel. Stainless steel Ok.

This is a dual coil (eight # 16 magnet wires twisted x two sets fired with 1-20 transistors) can charge dead car battery in 20 minutes, Has 2 inch steel pipe split down center and filled with welding rod. One long coil assembly. 2 inch neo magnets on ends to reset the core. Have used a narrow pulse width fired from a Function generator to run it or can use on board self exciting coil circuit to oscillate it. Even with a heat sink on the FAST output diodes they get HOT! Had to add air cooling also. AC amp meter shows 10 RMS amps. Pulse probably exceeds 100 amps.

This is the 2 inch exhaust pipe split down center to stop eddy currents and filled with 1/16" welding rod. this is a three coil unit. use # 16 mag wires all in parallel. all the transistors and coils are in parallel. In other words all coil wires are connected in parallel and fired as 1 coil and all the transistors are connected in parallel and fired as one switch.

Solid state pulser based on Bedini's patent 7990110 figures 1-3. Can charge a car battery in couple of hours with this. Note: input is 5-7 VDC x 6 amps. Try to do that with a conventional DC battery charger (charge a 12 volt battery with 6 VDC!!! ) Three T03 transistors fire this unit. Have used a narrow pulse width fired from a Function generator to run it or can use on board self exciting coil circuit to oscillate it.

2 inch steel exhaust pipe split down middle and filled with 1/16" welding rod core. Ceramic or neo magnets used at ends to reset the core. eight # 16 twisted magnet wire coil all in parallel and fired by three T03 transistors also in parallel. Must used the heavy duty diodes as listed in schematic or they will burn out! D3-D4 must be fast and high amp.

This is the free circuit for the 3 transistor solid state pulser. Must used the heavy duty diodes as listed in schematic or they will burn out! D3-D4 must be fast and high amp. Note this pulser can be operated as "Classic" mode or "Common Ground" within voltage limits. Use at your own risk.
NOTE: The switch SW1 R2 MUST BE in the OPEN position for external function generator or PWM input. Use very small pulse width or small duty cycle square wave input only. Start at 40 HZ and go on up as required. All other positions of SW1 R2 are used for internal oscillation.

Note: we always twist the wires for our "Bedini Cole" Window motor windings. The plastic form is removable without taking the armature apart first.

Window motor. Used aluminum shaft for magnet armature that is diametrically magnetized.

The polycarbonate flywheel was shaved while it ran to balance it. 135 turns of 7 twisted # 23 magnet wires used. The T03 IC sockets are the same ones used on Solid State Pulser schematic.

6 transistor (T03) Window motor.

2. Quantum Energy Generator
2. Quantum Energy Generator
The second class project we are supporting is the QEG (Quantum energy generator). This amazing technology based on Nikola Tesla's 130 year old patent. But the whole world is going after this opened source "free energy" generator and we have plans to build one when resources become available.
QEG SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The Quantum Electric Generator system (QEG) is an adaptation of one of Nikola Tesla’s many patented electrical generator / dynamo / alternator designs. The particular patent referenced is No. 390,414, titled “Dynamo-Electric Machine”, and dated October 2, 1888.
The QEG prototype is scaled to produce electrical power in the range of 10-15 kW (kilowatts) continuously, and can be wired to provide either 120 Volt or 230-240 Volt single phase output. We are also planning future designs to provide 3-phase power.
Service life of the device is limited only by certain replaceable components, such as bearings, v-belts, and capacitors. The basic machine should operate trouble-free (with minimal maintenance) for as long as any good quality electro-mechanical appliance, such as a quality washing machine or refrigerator. Heavy-duty mechanical components are used throughout for reliability. The QEG is not a complicated device, as it is designed (like Tesla’s other ‘discoveries’), to work in harmony with natural laws, rather than with the power-wasting symmetric motor and generator designs used in today’s mainstream industry.
An effective way to understand the operating principal of the QEG is to think of it as a high-powered self-resonant oscillator (what they used to call a ‘multivibrator’), adapted to transform high-voltage pulses (15 to 25kV) into line voltage AC output, at current levels up to 120A. In today’s alternative energy terminology, it would be a type of resonance machine.
The circuitry that develops high power in this device is really based on an existing but under-utilized power oscillator configuration, however, the ‘quantum’ part of the design has to do with how the generator is started. Conventional alternators (AC generators) usually have a device called an ‘exciter coil’. This coil is usually a smaller, separate rotor winding that provides an AC voltage that is rectified and used to power the generator’s field coil(s).
In the QEG, there is no internal, common exciter coil, and no rotor windings. In addition, to look at the circuit diagram, it is not apparent where the input power comes from to start resonance, and this is key; the QEG exciter coil is external to the generator, and the excitation signal is conducted through the quantum field (zero point) into the generator core, to start oscillation. Once the machine builds up to the resonant frequency, it powers itself (self running).
