Some of our first and longest running R&D work centers around ultra-high efficiency HHO (Hydrogen/oxygen) generators, also known as Brown's gas generators.
One of the pioneers in this field was the late Stanley Meyers. He reportedly ran a VW dune buggy on his HHO gas that he made on board. He was under media spot light with News reports and documentaries. The circumstances of his death are suspicious. The moments before his death at a restaurant he fell down and claimed he was poisoned. We have his large technical manual "WATER FUEL CELL" in paper back in our book page.
It has been told by the leading scientist in this field of high pressure HHO gas generators (Fred Wells, aka Fast Freddy) is reported to have helped Stan Meyers get some of his interests in HHO gas.

Our first pressurized HHO generator designed to use tap water and resonate pulse circuits to run it. It sure looked cool but it had short comings that still need to be over come. 1/2" Stainless steel tubes inside 3/4" S.S. tubes based on the Stanley Meyers HHO generators.

We are Pioneers in the field of high pressure HHO (Brown's gas) generators. Typically HHO generators with back pressures exceeding 12 psi have been known to self ignite the stored under pressure gases (hydrogen / oxygen) when the energy level drops to ground state. In fact, some researchers have been injured and killed attempting this feat. At LIA we routinely run our high pressure HHO generators above 100 psi. Why the need for back pressure you may ask? Well the ultimate setup for our work will be to vapor inject high energy HHO gas into internal combustion engines as inventors Stan Meyers and Professor Fred Wells (aka Fast Freddy) has done in the past.

5 gallon soda tank bought off the internet to make our first high pressure HHO generator using 1/2" S.S. tubes inside 3/4" S.S. tubes. Generated 80 psi. These stainless steel tanks are pressure tested to 125 psi from the factory.
This was our first true high pressure HHO generator. We ran it at 80 psi and greater. Low volume gas output caused its early demise.

This 4th generation HHO cell built up to 100 psi of HHO and is considered dangerous because it can self explode above 12 psi. Do not try this unless you are qualified to work with high temp, high pressure caustic liquid (sodium hydroxide and distilled water) and explosive gas (hydrogen with oxygen). Dry cells are a poor choice for pressurized HHO systems.

Our 3rd generation HHO system. Nick named "Emma Dilemma" because of her dangerous ways. This experiment makes high pressure HHO gas using the reaction chamber used in the drawing above. The tank with the 7 plate HHO cell was not used. A single 1/2" S.S. tube inside a 3/4" S.S. tube was used to produce 2 liters of gas per minute, which in of itself is a marvelous feat. I am a pioneer in this field and the only other person that I know of that can make this much or more gas from a single cell is Professor Fred Wells, aka Fast Freddy. The drawing above used a 7 plate HHO cell that was modified for under water use. It is the Ice Block 77 cell sold by Hydrogengarage.com. Using the 7 plate cell was a poor performing experiment compared to the single tube cell that was 24" long. See these videos for the results:

NOTE: THE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THIS SYSTEM WAS THAT THE TUBE CELL IS LOCATED HORIZONTAL. THIS CAUSED FLOW PROBLEMS, CAVITATION, AND OVER HEATING PROBLEMS. CELL MUST BE LOCATED VERTICAL AND TOP OF CELL CLOSE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE WATER TANK.
This is the reactor cell used in both the 7 plate dry cell experiment and the single tube cell experiments. Water level into the reactor was regulated to limit the amount of gas volume that was possible thereby limiting the explosion strength in case of an accident. the springs hold the top of the reactor tight sealed and release in case of an accidental explosion.

Without gas pressure built up in system the flame is only about 1 inch long and yellow. With 80-100 psi back pressure the flame is 6 inches long at 2 liters per minutes, blue and high temp. The energy input was close to the same. See the YOUTUBE videos for more details.

Reactor / reservoir tank has a thick glass water level gauge to restrict the top 20% of the space open for pressurized HHO gas. This serves to limit the explosive power in case of an accident. The top of this tank has strong springs that keeps the top clamped to the cylinder above a gasket. If there is an accident and an explosion occurs, the springs release the built up pressure. The heavy black cable is coming from a 300 amp shunt for the Simpson amp meter system. Stainless steel tubing hold in the toxic mixture of NoaH, water, heat, gas and pressure. Do not use hose in any part of this system due to the quick deterioration. System WAS pressurized with compressed air to 140 psi BEFORE water and catalyst added. Use soap and water mixture to find and fix leaks. Expect leaks to occur after start up and up to operating temps and pressures. Use a 4 feet by 8 foot Plexiglas or Poly carbonate sheet to shield you from the experiment. Always use safety googles and protective clothing when working around system after water / catalyst is loaded into tank. HAVE AN EYE WASH SYSTEM ALWAYS AVAILABLE AFTER WATER / CATALYST IS LOADED INTO TANK. (We use a 5 gallon bucket full of clean water nearby and a garden hose under pressure always standing by. Note this toxic water can blind you in 15 seconds so you must be extremely careful around this system after tank is loaded. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.
Always use a bubbler unless you are vapor injecting gas into engine. Use stainless steel valves and pipe fittings as much as possible. Never use copper. The back pressure valve is from a pressure wash sprayer.
The power supply consists of a 1500 watt torrid transformer with factory primary that we wound a small amount of turns using #1 welding cable for a center tapped low voltage high amp transformer. This transformer is located on bottom shelf in a steel case with fan cooling. The 2000 watt Variac above it is also modified with fan cooling. The dual half wave rectifiers also heat sinked and fan cooled. They are located at the top shelf.
Dual half wave rectifiers. Each end of transformer winding goes into a diode and output goes to the center of the 3/4" stainless steel tube cell via copper clamps. The center tap of transformer goes to the high amp shunt and from there to both ends of the 1/2" stainless steel tube cell.

John Bedini (Coeur d'Alene, Idaho) is one of the true legends of the Free Energy movement. Starting in the 1970's with Bedini Electronics, John became one of the premiere audio and circuit design engineers in the world. A prolific inventor, his “Bedini Audio Spatial Environments” (B.A.S.E.) remains the pinnacle of 3-Dimensional audio sound processing. With numerous patents on audio systems, regenerative electric motors and battery charging methods, John pushed the boundaries of science and technology. His developments in the field of Crystal Batteries are another milestone to produce practical appliances that essentially power themselves. He is also known for his invention of the Bedini SG, which is the world's most replicated “free energy” machine. In the picture above, you see an early one of his models, which can start with dead D Cell batteries and when he spins it, it will start turning on its own, will continue to accelerate, turn a propeller, blink LEDs and hours after it was started, the D Cell batteries will be fully charged. Although John has mastered this technology for decades, this was demonstrated publicly for the first time at the 2015 Energy Science and Technology Conference.
